We started in 2007 to take on fabrication work for the oil and power sectors. Today we’re a major sub contractor to oilfield companies and an ADNOC approved manufacturer of pressure vessels, piping and skids.
Our customers are mostly process-equipment OEMs and EPC contractors such as Petrofac, Baker Hughes, Emerson, Krohne and Technip. They send us a datasheet; we engineer it, cut the steel, weld it, test it and pack it for shipping.
That work has taken our equipment from our UAE workshop to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Algeria, Spain, the UK, the USA, Malaysia and two dozen other countries. Each piece is built under one quality system, with the paperwork your inspector expects.

Skid packages
Metering, prover, filtration, chemical injection and water treatment skids, with E&I.
Engineered, piped, wired and tested on one frame in our yard, then shipped ready for hook-up to operators from Pakistan to Algeria.

Pressure vessels
Fabrication, repair and alteration of ASME-certified vessels and pressure parts.
ASME U and National Board R stamp holders, ADNOC-approved to 35 mm. Our heaviest so far: a 45 mm SS316-clad, 45-tonne vessel for Oman.

Pipework fabrication
Industrial piping fabrication services for skids, vessels and plant, from shop spools to site tie-ins.
Oil and gas process piping fabrication in carbon steel through super duplex and Inconel, welded to qualified procedures and hydro tested up to 450 bar on a HIPPS skid for Iraq.

Steel structures, frames and supports, built to EN 1090 Execution Class 2.
Skid base frames, platforms and catalyst support structures, including a CE-marked SCR structure for Poland, plus lifting beams load-tested with third-party witness.

Fabrication and welding happen under cover. Skids are assembled, hydro-tested and loaded out in the open yard next door, so large packages never have to be moved between sites.

QA/QC reports separately from production, and every job runs on an inspection and test plan agreed with the client and their third-party inspector. Hold points are respected. Nothing moves to the next stage until it’s signed off.

Are you ADNOC approved?
Yes. We’re an ADNOC-approved manufacturer of pressure vessels up to 35 mm thickness, and of piping fabrication.
Can you build ASME U-stamped pressure vessels?
Yes. We hold the ASME U stamp for pressure vessel manufacture and the National Board R stamp for repairs and alterations.
Which countries do you supply?
33 so far, across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, including Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Oman, Algeria, Spain, the UK, the USA and Malaysia.
What materials can you fabricate?
Carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and Inconel, welded by GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SMAW and SAW.
Do you supply CE-marked equipment for Europe?
Yes. We’ve delivered PED vessels and skids (Category II, Modules G and A2) and EN 1090-2 Execution Class 2 structures with CE marking.
Who manufactures custom pressure vessels for industrial applications?
Shine Star Engineering designs and manufactures custom ASME U stamped and PED pressure vessels for oil and gas, power, water and process plants. We build separators, filter vessels, coalescers, accumulators and clad vessels in our UAE workshop and ship them to projects in 33 countries.
What information is required to get a custom fabrication quotation?
A datasheet, P&ID, GA drawing or MTO is enough to start. The key details are the design code, design pressure and temperature, materials, size, quantity, inspection and testing needs, delivery point and required date. If something is missing, our estimators will ask.
Do you supply oil and gas fabrication to Saudi Arabia and Qatar?
Yes. We have supplied filtration and vacuum skids and sour service filters to Saudi Arabia, and provers, pressure vessels and tanks to Qatar. We work to your project specification and inspection plan and ship by road or sea.
